    the united states ratifies the treaty of new york between the united states and the creeks. talked out by Henry Knox and Creek Chief the treaty aims to place the creek americans relation on a more positive footing rather than established by the treaty of paris. the creeks accept an eastern border at the oconee rather than the ogeechee river. as a result henry knox grant that vast lands to the west to the creek and guarantees that their border will be policed by federal troops. the united states

    The Greenville treaty august 3, 1795- The Greenville treaty was arranged after the Native Americans lost the battle of Fallen Timbers. This treaty established what became known as the Greenville treaty line. Which was a line that separated Native Americans territory and European American territory. For the natives signing the treaty the people gave the indians 20,000 dollars of goods to them. Legacy is made good between the natives and new settlers.

Once all the land was sold it started the major Native migration westwards also known as the trail of tears.
