    Treaty of Poti
    Was a provisional (arrange) agreement between the German Empire and the Democratic Republic of Georgia in which the latter accepted German protection and recognition. The agreement was signed, on May 28, 1918, by General Otto von Lossow for Germany and by Prime Minister Noe Ramishvili and Foreign Minister Akaki Chkhenkeli for Georgia at the Georgian Black Sea port of Poti.

    The Treaty of Berlin
    Signed on August 25, 1921. Peace treaty between the U.S. and German governments in the aftermath of World War I. The main reason for the conclusion of that treaty was the fact that the U.S. Senate did not approve the multilateral peace treaty signed in Versailles, leading to a separate peace treaty. Ratifications were exchanged in Berlin on November 11, 1921, and the treaty became effective on the same day. The treaty was registered in League of Nations Treaty Series on August 12, 1922.
