    Now water, only breadfruit and coconut
    18 days after their plane crashed, T.J. and Anna have been living off of coconuts and breadfruit.

    T.J. falls out of a coconut tree trying to get a coconut for Anna.Anna has to take care of him and bath him for the next couple weeks.When he fully recovers he gets back to helping Anna.

    Extreme drought
    Their first drought started after December, 2001, and ended at the beginning of May, 2002. They struggled trying to get water and adapted to the sensation of always being thirsty.

    Anna turns 33, and in September of 2004, T.J. turned 20. They have been on the island just under 3 years.

    Tsunami hits the island
    On Christmas of 2004, T.J. and Anna were walking on the beach when they noticed that the lagoon looked empty and abnormally shallow. They looked farther out to sea and realized that a giant wave was coming for them and their island.

    Anna and T.J. are rescued by 2 different helicopters
    They were both rescued at different times since they got separated by the tsunami. Anna and T.J. were at the hospital and were getting taken care of by Doctor Reynolds.

    They make it to Chicago 3 years after they had left for summer vacation. Anna is now 33 years old and T.J. is now 20 years old.
