When Oman became a country in 1970 there were many ethnicities, languages and religions. The ethnicities of *Baloch(Member of muslims that live in iran and pakistan)and *arabs were the main ethnicities of Oman. The religions and languages all came mostly from these ethnicities.The main language spoken was the semitic language of arabic and The main religion was *Polytheism(when you believe in more than one god).They all got to Oman by migration from other countries, especially Iran and pakistan. -
The Balochis came to Oman throughout the centuries, the Balochis impacted the ethnicities and language of Oman when they migrated to Oman. The balochis *migrated from iran and pakistan during their *diaspora(when the balochis spread out from their country to all over the world). The balochis came to Oman during that time of the dispora. Their is no known date for their diaspora but we do know that the balochis kept migrating over to oman. -
The Indo-pakistanis settled in oman in 1970 and became *foreigners(people who come from different countries to other countries).The indo-pakistanis effected oman's religion. The indo-pakistanis have had a good relationship with the coastal countries mostly through the coastals exposure to their religion. -
Oman has developed many different ethnicities, languages and religions. The ethnicities now are *Arabs,*Balochis , *Hindus and *indo-pakistani. The ethnicities have definitely multiplied throughout the years but some of the ethnic groups have stayed.The omani arabs are only 48% of oman's ethnicities. The balochis are 15% of oman's ethnicities and the indo-pakistani are 9.8% of their ethnicities. The main language is *Arabic and The main religion now is *Muslim.
