  • Bully On the Ship

    Bully On the Ship
There was a bully on board who was cursing all of the pilgrims on the ship and getting them sick. While all of the pilgrims were getting sick the bully was enjoying it and found it surprisingly funny. After a while the bully got a taste of his own medicine and get very sick himself and died. "But it pleased God before they came half seas over, to smite this young man with a grievous disease, of which he died in a desperate manner, and so was himself the first that was thrown overboard"

  • The Ship Falls Apart

    The Ship Falls Apart
The weather conditions start to get rough for the indians and face a group of storms. The storms start to rip down the main beam which is a very important piece that contributes towards the boat. If the indians didn't use teamwork the boat would have been destroyed.“And as for the decks and upper works, they would caulk them as well as they could, and though with the working of the ship they would not long keep staunch, So they committed themselves to the will of God and resolved to proceed”
  • Man Overboard

    Man Overboard
A storm came and one of the guys flew over board. The people in the ship worked as fast as they could to throw a rope out to him and pull him up. The men in the boat finally got him up or otherwise he would have died and got stranded. “And in one of them, as they thus lay at hull in a mighty storm, a lusty young man called John Howland, coming upon some occasion above the gratings was, with a seele of the ship, thrown into sea; but it pleased God that he caught hold of the topsail."
  • The Arrival

    The Arrival
After all of the hardship and displeasure they finally have reached land. It's not what the pilgrims expected though. The land they have reached was nothing but sand. the pilgrims were kinda expecting some sort of paradise. “Being thus arrived in a good harbor, and brought safe to land, they fell upon their knees and blessed the God of heaven who had brought them over the vast and furious ocean."
  • The Savior Squanto

    The Savior Squanto
There was a man who came by and really changed the lives of the pilgrims on the new land. The man taught them how to gather their food. He taught them how to harvest and how to make money. The key things to survive. "But Squanto continued with them and was their interpreter and was a special instrument sent of God for their good beyond their expectation. He directed them how to set their corn, where to take fish, and to procure other commodities, and was also their pilot."
