    Unbound and On Voyage
    The puritan group, led by william bradford, sets sail for the new world. They prepare for a journey that they believe has been etched for them by god. In front of them waits many new ordeals, storms, death, disease, hunger, hypothermia, and over all of those feats, determination and hope. One of the people on the ship was a troublemaker, was hostile to the people around them, and didnt do anything to help the shipmates. This person was the first one to become sick, and was tossed overboard
  • Battered and broken

    Battered and broken
    The ship is greatly battered, the main mast of the ship needs repairing. The colonists are very very worried about how the ship will hold up for the rest of the journey. The leaders of the operation meet to discuss whether the journey should be completed or not, and they decide to go along with it. A large iron screw is used to fix the mast.

    Arriving in a new world
    The puritans land in plymouth and thank the lord for finally being able to walk on solid land again. Their trip was long and unrelentless. Although, in plymouth there are no inns, and fancy luxurys, and the natives had little positive contact with them, so the company had to endure a long hard winter with little to no perparation
  • Hard time

    Hard time
    In a few short months, half of the company dies, from scurvy, disease, hypothermia, and malnourishment. This is a huge let down for all of the puritans, and hiders their spirits, but the group pushes on.
  • Thanksgiving

    Thanksgiving
    The puritans, learning from the last winter, gather a large amount of food to store for the winter. The people have learned from the indians how to live off of the land, and use their knowledge to stay alive through the course of the winter.
