    Chapter 1- The beginning of the observation
    The experience I got in shock was one day when I entered my class and immediately I saw an external person next to my desk. It was september 2008, I was red as an apple (tick of fury). The first thing that came in my mind was that I have been selected to be observed, checked, evaluated and tested… No way! I said once. I talked to this person outside the classroom. They didn't observe my classes and of course they could be out of my class.

    I kept in mind that the permanent study and practice of new strategies inside and outside the classroom plays a very important role as Teachers.
    This first chapter ends by october 2008 when the directives mentioned the importance of having external training and observations in our role as Teachers, the “These people (observers) were helping us, they offered new dynamics in our experience and the schools influenced more and more on maintaining the “others” right there.
