George cluster led a scientific expedition into the black hills where he’s not supposed to be and he discovered and claimed gold. This angered the Indians and the three biggest tribes came together and went to war against the minors. After that the government stepped in with 750 men to protect the men. It resulted in a massacre of the soldiers including George cluster. -
