Naruto and Sasuke have always had contrasting colors throughout the span of the show but this arc is when things really change for both characters. Sasuke has turned completely evil, however Naruto still wants to save his friend. Naruto can be seen wearing his typical orange jumpsuit with hints of black, an overall brighter color scheme. -

Sasuke has turned evil and has decided to go down a path of hatred and revenge and we can see this as his starting outfit is much different than Narutos. Sasuke wears a new outfit with a grey top, purple belt, dark blue robe, and black pants. This outfit may look less dark than Naruto's however it's the shift in personality as well as later events that make it darker. -

Naruto and Sasuke rarely change their outfits until a new season occurs so there is not much change between the two's outfits from episode to episode as they wear the same clothing over a period of time. Naruto get's much less of a change of looks then Sasuke does until about the final season but for now its more of the same orange with the yellow hair that makes it seem like Naruto is the friendly one. -

Like Naruto, Sasuke does not get a change of looks until the end of the season but two main factors stick out with Sasuke. He has a new set of evil looking eyes with pattern, a dark purple evil aura around him at times and his classic black hair that is extremely noticeable and identifiable as a villain. -
Naruto at the end of the five Kage summit
Naruto has not yet gotten a change of attire or appearance because the writers really wanted to push the narrative of good vs evil, and friend vs foe. However, another major reason Naruto's appearance doesn't change is because of his personality and characteristics. Naruto is a bit simpleminded and really only has one philosophy in life: to help his friends. As a result of this his appearance rarely changes because he never changes his mind once hes made it. -
Sasuke at the end of five Kage summit
Sasuke has more changes in outfits than Naruto does simply because Sasuke is very complex. He changes his mind quite a few times in the show and his outfits grow with him. At the end of the five Kage summit season Sasuke now has one more outer appearance that he gets than Naruto which further cements his rage and hatred at the world. His giant purple armor and embodiment of his will which is pure hatred shows the difference between the two characters at the end of this season.
