Music Video Link I'm pretty sure that anybody who has seen this would find it hard not to appreciate the perfectly executed logistics of this music video. As I am in the planning stages of creating my own music video I can only imagine how detailed and intricate the process to create this music video must have been like. I also admire the creative mise-en-scene and colourful editing used to contrast against the grimy urban setting. -

Music Video Link Not only do I love the constantly spinning camera shots and improvised interaction with the camera in this video, but as I also plan to include natural imagery, the aesthetics of this video greatly influence and inspire my music video ideas. I also find the colours of the setting and costumes used very appealing and pleasing to the eye. -

Music Video Link Reggie Watts is known as a stand-up comic and thus naturally his abstract music and videos also include elements of comedy. However, this music video is particularly unconventional and experimental with the editing techniques used and a lot of mise-en-scene aspects.which is something that greatly influences me. -

Music Video Link Although I admire the whole music video because of its association with colour, religion, spirituality and human nature, I am personally more drawn to the shots that are in a natural environment as I am also planning to do this. The mystical nature theme is very influential to me and may be something I too wish to include in my music video product. -
Hot Chip - One Life Stand
Music Video Link I am once again drawn to this music video due to its unorthodox filming aspect. Half of the video is actually shot by the band members on handycams and the other half is filmed with an extremely unusual visual effect and its originality is something which inspires me within music video and film creation.
