15 year old student, Charles Williams, kills 2 and injurs 13 classmates. Ended in arrest. How young he looks makes me feel uneasy. Now says he had felt depressed and abandoned from an early age. Started doing drugs when he was 12 years old. Was bullied by both his friends and other students at his school. -
Lockheed Martin Shooting
In a rage Doug Williams kills 5 coworkers and injurs 9 others in Mississippi. -
Red Lake Highschool
Jeffrey Weise kills 9 and injurs 7 including his grandparents, students, and teachers at Red Lake Highschool. Was the deadliest school shooting since Columbine at the time. Many people had heard Weise talk about school shootings and seen his plans but nobody said a thing. Ended in suicide. -
Goleta Postal Facility
Jennifer San Marco killed six of her coworkers at a mail processing plant in Goleta, California. This shooting stood out to me because I feel like you don't see many female mass shooters. Ended in suicide. -
Trolley Square Shooting
Sulejman Talovic kills 5 and injurs 4 at Trolley Square in Salt Lake City. He was 18 years old.Many witnesses say that throughout the shooting he kept a straight face and showed no emotion, even while killing. Talovic is killed in a shoot out with the police. -
Virginia Tech
Seung-Hui Cho, a student at Virginia Tech, kills 32 and wounds 17 others. Shootings took place in one of the dorms then Cho moved on to classrooms at Norris Hall on campus. His mental health had been evaluated 2 years prior to the shooting but nothing had stood out. -
Northern Illinois University Shooting
Steven Kazmierczak kills 5 students and wounds 16 others during a geology lecture. He later took his own life. -
Fort Hood, Texas
Army Major and psychiatrist Nidal Malik Hasan kills 13 people and injurs 32 others. The shooting has been refered to as a terrorist attack. It has been said that Hasan was exchanging emails with Muslim extremists before the shooting. -
Tucson, Arizona
6 people were killed and 11 were injured during a shooting at a supermarket in Tucson, Arizona. This mass shooting is especially popular because Representative Gabrielle Giffords was shot. The shooting was executed by Jared Lee Loughner. -
Oikos University Shooting
One Goh killed 7 students and injured 3 others at Oikos University in Oakland. He was a former student at the university who was targeting a school directory that no longer worked there. -
Aurora Theater Shooting
James Holmes kills 12 and injurs 58 people at the midnight premire of The Dark Knight Rises. Holmes pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. The jury didn't go for it. He was sentenced to life in prison but did escape the death penalty. -
Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting
Adam Lanza shoots 20 first graders and 6 adults at Sandy Hook Elementary. Lanza also shot and killed his mother. One of the most horrific shootings since Columbine. A lot of blame circled around violence on TV and in video games. -
Washington, DC Navy Yard
Aaron Alexis, who was formerly enlisted in the navy, shot and killed 12 people while injuring 3 others. Upon further inspection it was discovered that Alexis had a very long Navy discliplinary record including disorderly conduct and multiple failed inspections but was still cleared and able to purchase a rifle. -
Fort Hood, Texas (deja vu)
Another3 people are killed and 16 injured by a gunman at Fort Hood in Texas. -
Charleston Church Shooting
Dylann Storm Roof kills 9 people at a historic black church in South Carolina. He was a suspected white supremacist and started firing after praying with the group. -
Umpqua Community College Shooting
Christopher Harper-Mercer killed 9 and injured 9 people at Umpqua Community College in Oregon. Even though he was a known white supremacist who struggled with mental health issues and had been described as "hate-filled" he was still able to legally purchase 14 different weapons.One survivor says she say Harper-Mercer smile just before killing one of his victims. -
Planned Parenthood Colorado Springs
3 people are killed and 9 people are injured at a Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs. Robert Lewis Dear opened fire on the clinic. -
San Bernardino Shooting
A couple opens fire on a holiday party killing 14 and injuring 21 people. The attack is suspected terrorism but may still be workplace related. -
Kalamazoo Rampage
Uber driver Jason Dalton randomly shit and killed 6 people in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. He blamed the Uber App as the reason why.
