Malachi was believed to be born around 400 B.C. -
First lesson
Malachi started off in his teaching talking about how God still loves his people. As said in an article “This affirmation of God’s choice of and affection for the nation provides a powerful beginning to the oracles(Rose 1)”. This shows that Malachi use starts by telling the people that God chose to love them. -
Second lesson
Malachi then started teach people about how the priest were corrupt. As seen in an article “the prophet rebukes the priests for their negligence(“Malachi” 1)”. Malachi second part of his teaching was telling the people that the priest were cryoppt. -
Third Lesson
Malachi then reached the people of how they were robbing God. They were robbing God by hoping to get rewards of God's love but not following God's laws as said “even though they have turned aside from Yahweh’s laws(Heater 1)”. This shows that Malachi knows the people are not following the laws of God. -
Final Lesson
Malachi finally teached about a day were the lord will come done to the earth. This is Malachi hopeful message saying that someone will come and fix every that is wrong with Israel. -
