    First Europeans to arrive at adventure bay, and Tasmania's Black wars

    (November 1642),(mid-1820s) Adventure bay was first founded when Abel Tasman first took sight of adventure bay they arrived in November 1642. His ships, the Zeehaen and Heenskerck, briefly entered Adventure Bay but fierce storms prevented him from landing. The Tasmania's Black wars: The Black War was the period of violent conflict between British colonists and Aboriginal Australians in Tasmania started in 1824 and ending in 1832

    (1760 – 1840) The Industrial Revolution was the transition to new manufacturing processes in Europe and the United States, the main features involved in the Industrial Revolution were technological, socioeconomic and cultural. The technological changes included the following: (1) the use of new basic materials, iron and steel, (2) the use of new energy sources, including both fuels and motive power, such as coal.

    End of the Napoleonic Wars

    (18 May 1803)The Napoleonic Wars began with the War of the Third Coalition, Britain ended the Treaty of Amiens and declared war on France. The war ended with Napoleon defeated at Waterloo, and he abdicated again on 22 June. On 15 July, he surrendered to the British at Rochefort, and was permanently exiled to remote Saint Helena. The Treaty of Paris, signed on 20 November 1815, which formally ended the war.

    Shootout at Stringybark Creek

    (October 25 1878) Ned Kelly and his gang were hiding down at Stringybark Creek from the police as Ned was accused of shooting an officer when he didn't. The police that hunted them down and found them were Sergeant Michael Kennedy, and Constables Thomas Lonigan, Michael Scanlan and Thomas McIntyre. After having a shootout Ned and his gang ended up killing Sergeant Michael Kennedy and Constables Thomas Lonigan and Michael Scanlan leaving Thomas McIntyre who narrowly escaped on Ned Kelly's horse.
  • The Boxers Rebellion

    The Boxers Rebellion

    (2 November 1899) in what became known as the Boxer Rebellion or the Boxer Uprising, a Chinese secret organization called the Society of the Righteous and Harmonious Fists led an uprising in northern China against the spread of Western and Japanese influence there. The war started with the 2 deaths of Germanys Priests and ended once extensive discussions, the rebellion officially ended when the Boxer Protocol was signed on September 7, 1901.
  • The Battle of Beersheba

    The Battle of Beersheba

    (31 October 1917) The battle of Beersheba was one of the most famous horse mounted battles in modern history. The assault on Beersheba began at dawn with the infantry divisions of the British Corps attacking from the south. Despite artillery and air support, the Germans did not have arterially facing the south side where the British attacked from completely surprising the German soldiers. this lead Britin Complete success in capturing Beersheba by noon.
