Indian removal act
On May 28, 1830 Andrew jakson passed a law that stated the removal of all indians from their territory. The indians had been moved from their homes and moved to a different land that ened up being right near their enemies. On the long journey that they made many indians died from frosbite and other sicknesses. It was a very harsh thing that the indians went through. The journey was later called the trail of tears because of all the tears they from being pushed off their land. -
California gold rush
The california gold rush was taken place in 1848-1855. People came from all over the united states to go to California just to find gold. They wouls spend all of their money on buying special equipment to mine for the gold just so they could become rich. -
