There was a special education class when I was in grammar schfool. I remember there being a stigma about it all, even the classroom. The special ed classroom had carpet and looked different.

Attended IEP where they are concerned about special education and behavioral issues. The parents won't get any testing done. Many teachers afraid of this student and they want to send him to an alternative school.
