Rising Action:
The Arrival at Culver Creek. Pudge is seeking the great perhaps so he leaves Florida and comes to this school hoping to start fresh. -
Rising Action:
Pudge falls in love with Alaska at first sight. Sees her and just doesnt know what to do. -
Rising Action:
Introduced to ciggaretts. One of the things that his parents told him not to do. Later he will also drink as well. -
Rising Action:
The prank on Eagle that had Eagle running out of his house and after Takumi and Pudge. -
Rising Action
Lara and Pudge end up being together while cuddling up to eachother in sleeping bags. -
Rising action:
Truth or Dare. Alaska, Pudge and the Colonel are playing truth or dare one night when Pudge choses dare and ends up almost sleeping with Alaska but she says, "To be continued... I'm to tired tonight" Right after Pudge and Lara decide to make it official. -
Rising Action:
Alaska bursts into the room, sobbing, screaming that she needs to go. So Pudge and the Colonel helped he get out and drive away... not knowing where or what was going on. -
Climax
All of the Culver Creek students and teachers were gathered into the gymnasium and at first Pudge and the Colonel thought that there old teacher had passed away. Then they were told that Alaska had died in a car accident last night. The night they helped her get away... now she is gone. -
Falling Action
The falling action is when Pudge, the Colonel, and the rest of them all try to figure out what and why this happend. Was it suicide? Was it the alcohol? Did she just fall asleep? All these and more they wanted answers. But more then anything they wanted Alaska back. -
Resolution:
One of the resolutions is Pudge writing his final paper and finaly coming to terms with the fact that Alaska is in a better place. -
Resolution.
The other resolution is when the final prank is put on. They get a stripper to come in and pretend to be an informative speaker for the school and before he does the prank he yells out " THIS IS FOR ALASKA YOUNG!"
