Healthy Eating-
As a teenager, I need to focus on nutritional eating. Eating healthy, and eating minerals for development are good things to do.
Physical activity-
Normally teenagers need about an hour of exercise a day. Seeing as I probably don't, the rest of my teenage years should probably consist of more consistent activity.
Preventative Healthcare-
I should continue to see a doctor regularly, and get vaccinated often. -
Period: to
20's
Healthy Eating- I should continue to eat nutritional foods and focus on eating a less junk food based diet.
Physical Activity- I should live less sedimentary like, and be outdoors. Focus on exercising, and keeping a good weight.
Preventative Health Care- I should continue to visit the doctor often, and get shots. -
Period: to
30's
Healthy Eating- I should be eating a diet of proteins and minerals.
Physical Activity- I should continue to exercise regularly while focusing on strengthening my muscles and aerobics.
Preventative Health Care- I should go to the doctor and go to a specialist for diet. Make sure to keep healthy, and go to doctor for any malfunctions. -
Period: to
40's
Healthy Eating- I should continue to eat healthy while making sure to get calcium.
Physical Activity- I should be exercising about 3 times a week while focusing on muscle tone.
Preventative Health Care- I should keep going to the doctor, and be sure to keep a health care plan. -
Period: to
50's
Healthy Eating- Keep getting proper minerals, and eating fruits, vegetables, and less junk food.
Physical Activity- Get less intense physical activity, but do it often. (Yoga, or pilates)
Preventative Health Care- Go to the doctor regularly while getting the right treatment for older age. -
Period: to
60's
Healthy Eating- Get really healthy food, and take supplemental vitamins.
Physical Activity- Get lots of mild physical activity for good health later.
Preventative Health Care- Keep going to doctor and keep healthy. Keep healthy be protecting my heart through not smoking and drinking.
