Lifetime Personal Health

  • Period: to

    The 20s

I'll need to be careful about STIs if I somehow wind up having an active sexual life, and take care not to get some sort of skin cancer. I doubt either of those should be much of a problem.
I'll need to take special care to actually eat healthy and exercise as well.
  • Period: to

    The 30s

Metabolism slows with age, so it's time to continue trying to eat and exercise well! My biggest struggle. I don't even do that now, and I'm in marching band. Less sodium is better.
Depression could very well get worse with the stress of life and work and everything, so I'll need a little self care.
  • Period: to

    The 40s

Pay attention to your blood pressure! And maybe hearing loss?
Also keep eating healthy and exercise. You should always do that. I should always do that. (I don't usually)
  • Period: to

    The 50s

Well, now we're starting to actually get old. Chronic pains and such could be popping up now, and I gotta take good care of myself and go to the doctor for checkups and, you guessed it, keep eating and exercising well.
  • Period: to

    The 60s

Time to worry about health even more. But I'm old now, so that's okay. As always eat and exercise, but also keep an eye on things like heart disease.
