    Make sure you're eating healthy and exercising. Also make sure to protect your heart. You are more at risk for heart disease, arthritis, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and some cancers. Learn warning signs and consult your doctor regularly.

    Regular check up
    This includes a physical check up. Around this time also make sure to get proper vaccinations, have a blood pressure screening, a bone density test, a mammogram, a colonoscopy (every 10 years), a dental exam, a rectal exam and fecal occult blood test, an eye exam, a blood glucose test, a pap test, a pelvic exam, a thyroid test (every 5 years), and a skin exam.
