    I want to keep my health diet going so that one i can stay fit and 2 reduce my risk for heart Disease. I would also like to keep excercise so that i do not come overweight. I will never touch a tobaccco product.

    I want to keep up my health diet so that the risk of becoming overweight or obese decrease. Losing weight becomes more diffucult but if i keep eating health and excersicing i can reduse many different diseases like biabetes, or certain types of cancers. I will want to keep my stress levels down.

    40's is a big decade because it can be an important stage in preventing health problems such as diabetes, heart disease and many types of cancers later in life. I Will keep a health diet that can prevents theses health problems from happening and another thing that will help even though im in my 40's is excerisce regularly. Chronic pain starts to occur and also more and more stress start to happen so you have to relax your body. Keep the peace with your body.

    My goal is to keep eating healthy through my 50's. Eating health and excersice will keep my body feeling great and not getting chronic pains in my back or other parts in my body. with that being said it also can help me reduce all my risk of health problems. 50's is when sleeping matters. Getting enough sleep will lead to being more active and not your body feeling old and tired. Many health concerns start at 50's but staying health can reduce them.

    I hope to keep my eating healthy through my 60's so that it might help prevent the health concerns like strokes and cancer etc. I want to walk everyday.(because im in my 60's i don't have time to go to the gym, i will just walk.) Many helath concerns can happent when you hit 60 but a good way to keep clean from them is being health in every day life. Through out my 20's to my 60's i will never pick up a cigarette or tobacco.
