    This helped the LGBTQ community because Dallas ISD is recognizing that those who identify as part of the LGBTQ are humans as well. They now have some sort of safety at this particular ISD that will make other ISDs want to do the same.

This makes it to where social workers are basically not doing their job to help those who are in need and allow discrimination. This took away rights from the community.
