    The Declaration of independence was drafted by Tohmas Jefferson on june, 28, 1776. This document ment that the 13 colonies were seperating from england. It is important because it is one of americas most important symbols of lyberty and freedom.

    The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America. It is importent in american history because it was the first successful form of goverment in the united states.
  • The Cotton Gin

    A cotton gin is a machine that easily separates cotton fibers from their seeds. This was made so the slaves did not have to do this job anymore and it was faster. This was inportant in american history because that is when the slaves stopped picking cotton and their were less use for slaves.

    The Louisiana Purchase was when america purchased 1803 of 828,000 square miles of land from the french. This was very important in american history because america almost doubled the total land they had before.

This is very important in american hihstory because it changed america forever. The south were about to secede but in the end they didnt.

    The Cuban Missile Crisis was a fight between the United States and the Soviet Union over Soviet ballistic missiles deployed in Cuba. It was importent in american history because it could have turned into an nuclear attack from the Soviet Union on America.

    Apollo 11 was the spaceflight that landed the first humans on the Moon. The men were Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin. This is importent in american history because the Americans and the russians were in a space race to see who would be the first to the moon and the americans won.

    I was born on august, 22, 2000 in the reading hospital. I have 2 sisters one older and one younger. I am the middle child. As an eigth grader i am verry interested in sports. I play hockey, baseball, and soccer.
