This would ruin the organisations reputation and people would be scared to book holidays as they don't want their information to be let out. This act allows all information to be locked away so that no one has any access to the information.

    Gives customers the right to challenge contract if they determine it unfair or unclear. Sometimes things are not written in the contract and the customers have not been told about. This act allows consumers to question the contract .
