Currently Kashmir is divided into 3 groups, Pakistan who contorls mso tof the northern part. India who controls the southern and central parts. And China who controls the northeastern part. -
Why Do They Want Kashmir
Kashmir is improtant to both Pakistan and India because of the geography which is mostly rural, with fierce mountains, deserts, and valleys. The industry is undeveloped. If this region has any kind of resources like oil they could havw a bigger economy. -
Why Does The US Not Help?
The US wants to be friends with both Pakistan and India. That makes US involvement in this problem very difficult. Because they want both to be our allies it makes it dificult to stay with one side to help Kashmir. -
Is There An End To This In The Near Future?
No, due to how difficult this situation it will most likely go on for much longer without any solutions.
