They are still a growing problem for many countries. This is important because it is close to e very first recognition of ISIS.

    In recent years there have been many more IED's created and they are extremely deadly when it comes to blowing up vehicles. Popular Science (Clay Dillow, September 22) states, "Up until TEDAC, the Department of Defense didn’t understand the benefit of having forensics on the battlefield." This is important because it means military groups can identify who made the bomb and put a stop to them at the source.

    The attacks in Paris on the night of Friday 13 November by gunmen and suicide bombers hit a concert hall, a major stadium, restaurants and bars, almost all at the same time and left 130 people dead and hundreds wounded. BBC states, "Three co-ordinated teams" were believed to have been behind the attacks." This is important because this is a major attack that has gave several countries a reason to fight ISIS.

    In the United states there have been an enormous amount of immigrants from areas terrorized by ISIS. According to WND (Leo Hohmann, November 25), “Based on the evidence available, the number of ISIS supporters in the United States measures in the thousands, rather than hundreds." This is important because it shows that ISIS is not just a foreign problem but also a domestic problem.

    ISIS has taken its fight to San Bernardino, California. ISIS however doesn't claim the shooters as supporters, according to CNN (Evan Perez, December 5), "they claim them as Knights or Soldiers." This is important because it is showing that ISIS is making these people believe that they are heroes.
