There isn't much of a difference between the 3G and the 3Gs. The 3Gs is faster in speed. The "s" stands for speed. -

The IPhone 4 is a rectangle, it's not as bubbly as the IPhone 3Gs was. -

In the IPhone 4s the "s" stands for siri. The IPhone 4s is different because is has siri. -

The IPhone 5 was lighter and thinner and had a taller screen. -

The IPhone 5s has a touch ID fingerprint used to unlock the phone. It also has a new white/gold color. -
IPhone 5c
The IPhone 5c has various different colors including white, yellow, green, pink, and blue. -
IPhone 6
The IPhone 6 is bigger than the 5c. -
IPhone 6 plus
Bigger than the 5c and works faster. -
IPhone 6s
Similar to IPhone 6 but has 3-D touch. -
IPhone 6s plus
Bigger than the IPhone 6s. -
IPhone 7
The IPhone 7's camera looks different, and water resistance. Head phone jack was removed. -
IPhone 7 plus
IPhone 7 plus is the same as the IPhone 7 but it is bigger.
