The internet was created by the US Military Force, called ARPAnet, it was only used for them, It much later took the name of the internet. -
Tim Berners-Lee
Tim Officialy stablished the Internet and invented the WWW. That means that everyone in the whole world could now access the internet. -
NFSNet
The ARPAnet was replaced with NFSnet on 1990, giving more access to different tasks at the same time to computers. However, NFSnet did not last so long and it was riplaced with internet. -
The Old And Inocent Internet
First, before all the abuses the internet was used for communication methods between the US Military and to send emails, and used by the space troops. Then when the WWW was released, people used it for work and communication only. -
Abuses
people started to use the internet to abuse and hurt people. This is how the internet abuses started, when the internet became popular in 1996 -
Today
Today, people now use the internet for many things like playing, softwares, different programs, emails, entertainment, youtube, 9gag, downloading, social networks, etc. The internet is filled with hackers and now internet safety needs to be a priority. Many abuses are around the internet. -
The Future of the internet
I believe the internet's future will be more social networks and many usefull things, but I want to say the security will drop and the lack of firewalls will be gone but the hacker's skills will improve making it easyer for them to hack and mess with people. On the other hand it will be more usefull for school and other things.
