    In 1851, in both NSW and Victoria brought not only wealth but and increase in population.

  • Ballarat found eight mining equipment foundries.

    In 1861, Ballarat had found eight mining equipment foundries.

  • A severe resussion.

    In 1891-1892, there was a severe resussion in Australia which slowed industrialistaion.
