It's amazing how cruel the beginnings of psychology were. People of color were forced by the government to be sick so they could study them. They couldn't get any medicine, and many perished from this study. -

Another example of cruel, early psychology that did terrible experiments on Jews, Homosexuals, and people of color. They starved them, deprived them of sleep, and even did surgery on them without anesthesia. -

I found it interesting how quickly everyone turned to q psychology when it involved humans rather than animals as Stanley used electroshocks on them as part of his research. -
