Victorian Era
The Victorian Era of British hsitory was the period of Queen Victoria's reign from June 20th, 1837 until her death. This long period was a period of peace, prosperity, and responsibilities. This event was important because it was the begining of modern times. I want to go back to the Victorian Era becuase I thought it would cool to see the way they acted and dressed. A historical feature is Queen Elizabeth. -
Amancipation Proclomation Speech
The Emancipation Proclamtaion was a speech made by Abraham Lincoln, which stated that all slaves should be set free. THis even was important because if it wasn't for the Emancipation Proclamation, slaves could still be slaves and still wouldn't be free and released. I wanted to go to watch the speech because I would think it would be inspiring. The historical figures in this event are Abraham LIncoln(the 16th president), and the slaves. -
Lincolns Assasination
At this event LIncoln was assasinated by a man by getting shot while watching a play in Ford's Theater. This event was imprtant because it was the day that our 16th presiedent, Abraham Lincoln died. The historical figures in this event was the murderer, John Wilksbooth, and our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln. -
Titantic
When the Titanic first sailed it was only a few days until it sank and many people drowned, got caught in the boat, or suicide.If this event wouldn't of happened then we wouldn't be prepared for the worst and we wouldn't have as many safety materials and escape exits as we do today. I want to go to this event so I could lead the ship away from the iceburg. If I did that then we wouldn't still be researching underwater and learning new things about the Titanic today. Hollocaust (kill Hitler)
The Holocaust was a mass murder of millions of people leading up to and during the World War 2. It was important because it's a major event throughout history and taught many Americans not to be prejudice against others. It also taught us about Hitler and what a bad guy he was. I want to go to this event to kill Hitler before he started to torture the Jews and anyone else against him. If I did this most likely people wouldn't be as prejudice against Jews. Historical features are Hitler and Jews. -
Disneyworld (first built)
Disneyworld is a huge amusement park filled with all the disney characters such as, minnie, mickey, donald duck, and goofy. DIsneyworld is important because it is a place where you can have fun and enjoy all of the magic within it. I wanted to go to this event because I thought it would be cool to compare how Disneyworld started off and how it is nowadays. A historical feature in this event is Walt Disney, the creator of Disneyworld. -
Invent the FIrst Apple Product
The first apple prouct was invented in 1977.It was a product taht everyone wanted and today thousands a day are being sold. This is important because it allows people to use technology that they are visually connected with. I want to go back to this time so I can invent the first apple product and later on become rich. A historical feature of this event is the founder of the aple products(Steve Jobs). -
Actress in Full House
The Full House was a tv show back in the late 1900's about a large family all living in the same house. The tv show occured at the event. This event is important because I used to enjoy watching it when I was younger. I wanted to go to this event to be an actress on the show and become famous for it. The historical figures in the Full House are the actors. -
9/11
The day of 9/11 was a day when thousands of people died in New York City because of terrorists hijacking a plane and crashing into the Twin Towers. 9/11 was important, it caused many americans to realize what gone wrong and ways to prevent bad things happening in the future. I wanted to go back to this event to kill the terrorists before they got on the plane. If Ididn't do that, then the United States would most likely not be a country at war. Historical features are the the terrorists. -
Boston Marathon
At the Boston Marathon there were 2 terrorists who set bombs off during the marathon which resulted in many innocent people dying or getting injured. This event was important because it made a major impact on the United States today. I wanted to go to the event to kill the terrorists before they started anything in Boston. If I would have did this, Boston wouldn't be under this much panic and confusion now. The historical figures in this event was the two terrorists.
