    Australopithecus afarensis live in Africa 4 million years ago.
    Was bypedal/ walked up right. Were able to hold food and child while walking. Can gather food.

    They were bypedal. They had larger brains than australopithecus afarensis. Created tools for hunting, gathering, etc. The hands were free.

    They were bypedal. They had omnivorious teeth. They had bigger brains than Homo Habilis and were taller than Homo Habilis. They had fire and communities. They were less sick/healthier and had communities.

    They were bypedal and had omnivorious teeth. They had larger brains then Homo Erectus. They had more advanced tools for hunting and gathering. They had fire. They had commniities and self awareness.

    Approx. 1700-1280 BCE Joseph was the fovorite son of his family. Joseph's father was Jacob. Jacob had 12 sons. The 11 sons were jealeous of Joseph. So they sold him to slavery. He entruprteted dreams and became an advisor. When a famine came, Joseph's family said sorry and stayed in Egypt.

    Approx. 1280-1240 BCE Moses was a Hebrew who first lived in Egypt. As a baby he was alsmost killed untill the pharoh's daughter took him. Moses found out that he was Hebrew and ran away. He cuased the 10 plagues to free his people. Only the last one worked. They took a big journey to Canaan, the promised land. The people complained a lot so they when in a zigzag like way.At Mount Sinai Moses got the Ten Commandments.

She had obsticles of supplies and a strong army compored to the Canaanites. She used faith and the power of God to overcome them.

    David was the King of Israel. He was a great king who's symbol is still used today. He became king by defeating Goliath with only a sling and stones. He was considered important for being Israels first good king.

    The city was captured by the Assyrians, its inhabitants led into captivity and the leaders of Lachish tortured to death. The town was abandoned, but resettled after the return from Babylonia.

    Kinf of Babylon attacked Judah. Judah was weak and was going through many struggles at that time. Judah was in exile at this time.

    Was discovered in 1922. Archaeologist have dug this city up. Thats why its called the Mound in Dead. Archaeologist have found many artifacts and evdence about this ancient city and how these people came to be.

    The Asetics lived a simple life. They believed you can worship without some kind of etreme power. They lived thier lives are hermins and were very religious and peacefull. The Upanishads are a collection of philosophical texts which form the theoretical basis for the Hindu religion.
