    Was an engineer, statistican, proffeser, author, lecturer and management consultant. He is best known for his work in Japan after WWII. He gave a speech in tokyo explaining four things. You must conduct market research,applying statistical techniques and planning and inspection of samples.
  • Theory x and Theory y

    Theory x managers see workers as lacking ambition and disliking work. Theory y managers see workers as happy to be at work ready to assume responsobility and very creative. Both of these theroies had an influence on human relations since they were created.
