The Death of Jesus
Jesus was born in Bethlehem. But spent most of his life in Jerusalem. A Jewish man named Pontius Pilate accused him of treason. So he was put to be crucified. Along with two other men. They killed him in Jerusalem. So since the man that handed Jesus to the emperor Rome to be killed. The Christian's and everyone else blamed the Jews for his death. This mad everyone hate the Jews and start the hatred of many Jews. Now in life they are still accused of the death of the Jesus Christ. -

The Crusades
In the Crusades it was war for the land of Israel/Jerusalem. It lasted from the 11th to the 13th century. Which involved Muslims Jews and Christians. The Muslims took control of the land. So the Pope of Europe urged the Christians to fight and help their brother. If they died they will be ceased of their sins. Jews where killed either by fighting or fleeing the war. After three Crusades it was over. The king gained more power of the land tried to get money to pay for the war. -

The Black Death
Also know as the bubonic plague. This disease killed many people of all race and religion(50 million). In a span of 50 years. It spread through air fleas and mice. It caused the skin to turn black and in a few days you would die. The Christians believed the Jews where to blame and God was mad. So as with this they started to kill the Jews. The Jews where affected by the plague but not as much because they washed their hands. Unlike most of life at the time. The pop. went from 450 to 350 million. -

Egyptian Act
Even tho it says Egyptian act it's really about gypises or Romas. These are people of a culture that move around and never really live and one place. This was another act passed by the British Parlememt during the rule of king Henry Vlll. This act went against all Gypises. They stripped the Romas land, kicked them out of England and prevented any other Romas to come in. England believe the Romas where stealing and tricking people of their money. So Romas are hated around because of these things. -

The Buggery Act
This was an act passed by the British Parlememt. During the years of King Henry Vlll. It was the flag national law that involved sodomy. The word buggery is similar to sodomy. So this act mad it a crime and be put to death if you have anal or oral sex. So this meant sex of same gender also. But later this act was repealed and replaced by the Offences against the person Act of 1828 -
Execution of James Pratt and John Smith
Both these men where charged with sodomy. Which is have any sexual intercorse that is non procreative. Or not intended to make children. This happened in London England. This was one of many trials that would a later word would come in which is gay. In the Bible sex with any same gender is a sin. So if you do you will be killed. This led to killings of people being accused of being "gay" or sodomy. Which is why now in days gays are looked down apon.
