    The start of this company was, "a tech fairytale of one garage, three friends and very humble beginnings". Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, were the two founders that seemed to do the most work. That being said, seeing what we have been given today, the iPhone, iPad, and iMac would never have been, if it wasn't for Ronald Wayne.     Yahoo! was founded
    While this company was founded in 1995, Jerry Yang and David Filo, created a website prior, "called "Jerry and David's guide to the world wide web" in January 1994. In 1995, these two men changed their sites name, to Yahoo compiling many different categories to one site.     In 1995, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, "began working on a computer program called BackRub - a search engine that levered backlink analysis to track and record data on the internet." Multiple times in the 1990s the company was almost sold multiple times, on April Fool's Day, 2004, Gmail was launched, the email site of Google.     While this is another form of social media, it is used for business purposes. This app is used to connect with others that have the same business interests, along with an easier way for employers to find who they're specifically looking for, for a job. Not only can employers find you, but you can also look for jobs that are going to further your career.     "From 2005 to 2008, MySpace was the most visited social networking site in the world", this media site, allows you to share photos, listen to music, and talk to friends.     A 19-year-old Mark Zuckerberg launched Facebook on February 4, 2004, as a sophomore in college. About a week after this happened, some fellow students at Harvard accused Mark of stealing the idea from them. There was eventtually a settlement after there was not enough evidence to further the case.     Instagram in the last ten years, has changed from basic square photos to any shape of photos, multiple photos at once.     As majority of people know, Snapchat is an app that allows you to send pictures and videos, as well as chat to one or many different people at once. It wasn't until 2012 that video was introduced to the app. Following that, Stories and Chat were not introduced until 2013-14.     In November 2017, Musical.ly, was acquired and rebranded by ByteDance. All accounts content transferred over smoothly, meaning there were no upset creators. On January 1, 2018, TikTok was the #1 ranked app as far as free downloads on a mobile device go.
