This would allow exposed negatives to be stored and developed later at a more convenient place. He then discovered plastic roll film that would fit into hand held expensive cameras. These cameras sold by the millions. With the slogan "You Push the Button, We do the Rest"

    Louis Daguerre was the other scientist that Henry Fox Talbot fought against. Daguerre was an artist and a chemist from France. He developed something called a Daguerrotype which used a silver plate in which produced a sharper image. But it could only create positive images. So copies had to be made by taking another photo.
