This was an important invention because it allows us make business or major phone calls over seas and improved the time frame that we are able to communicate with others. It effects globalization because cell phones are needed in today's society because we need them to communicate to make business calls and writing a letter takes to long to communicate. -

This is important because its an international sport for athletics. It effects globalization because it brings people form all over the world together to watch the Olympics. -

This is important because it was the start of World War II and many of the other countries were engaged in it. This effects globalization because countries were fighting each other and thousands of people were being killed and armies were being depleted. -

This is important because world records were set and recorded in a book for public record. This effects globalization because people all over the world try and break these records and most don't succeed. -

This is important because it introduced people to fast food, earns in a lot of money and is one of the biggest restaurants on earth. It effects globalization because people all over the world eat it which affects the stock market and there McDonald's almost in every town in the United States. -

This was important because people needed to make phone calls on the go instead of waiting to get home or to there office to make a call. This effects globalization because phones are a way to keep in contact or get information and answers timely. The are necessary in this world for anything from daily business calls to calling family members that you haven't talked to in a long time. -

This is important because now people all of the world can research and find information on anything, even classified information. This effects globalization because people can now learn or find new things immediately on the internet and keep up with society, but the bad thing about it is that people can put out classified information that is not supposed to be seen. -

This is important that we give deals to get deals on goods and merchandise and not have such high taxes. This effects globalization because everyone in the country needs to buy goods and merchandise and if we pay higher taxes then we have to charge the consumer a higher price and then eventually those items become affordable. -

This is important because it gives facts about what happened in the history of the world, the important events, and about important people. This effect globalization because it helps people learn about our history, famous people, and many more events and helps us keep up with today's society. -
"On September 20th, US President George W. Bush declares the ''War on Terror" a joint session of Congress. Bush stated that " it will not end until every terrorist group of global reach has been found, stopped and defeated." (Richer)
This is important because Americans must stop terrorist destruction on our country or they will continue to kill our citizens and destroy our land. This effects globalization because the United States trades with other countries. We import and export products and have agreements with other countries that are also directly affected when the US is attacked.
