El Chappo is threatened when the US Navy shows up on the island. He kills civilians for every US soldier on his island. -

The US Navy helps to arm civilians and break free from his regime. The US government then helps to hold elections for a new leader. -
Island of ESKETIT becomes fully functioning Democracy
After holding their elections, a new, fair leader is chosen and treats the citizens of the island with great respect. Trade increases and the island prospers under his rule. Everyone is treated fairly and with consideration in mind. -
The Leader dies but not without leaving a legacy
The President of ESKETIT dies but leaves his people with everything needed to continue on. He sets laws in place that allow later Presidents to add to his work, but never to take away for what he had done. All of his benevolent acts were memorialized around the island.
