It all started as a fruit stand. But then he built it up from the ground. He got the business when him and Marium got married. The fruit stand was under 2 maple trees, hence why its called Shady Maple.

On September 11th 2001 the twin towers collapsed leaving a gaping hole in NYC. 19 hijackers attempted to fly 4 planes at the twin towers but only two succeed. The other two landed in a field in PA and the other one hit the pentagon. Hundreds of people died that day.
