On the 23 of february 1836 texas decleared it's self an independant republic so mexico sent troops over to kill texas but the battle lasted 13 day it only lasted that long because texas ran out of ammo. -
The Attack on Fort Sumter
Abraham lincoln want to send supplies to fort sumter because they where running out but if he did that it might start a world war. It lasted 34 hours no one was killed defending the fort but it marked the beginnning of a civil war. -
