Augustus Caesar is accountable for making Rome a great place and opening many doors for civilians.

    Muhammad
    Muhammad is the founder of Islam, which is currently the second largest religion in the world. He was born in the city of Mecca, which is in present day Saudi Arabia. He was a merchant, philosopher, diplomat, reformer and a military general. Muhammad is such a huge historical figure because he is the founder of Islam, which is one of the fastest growing religions in the world. There are currently over one billion Islamic followers who follow the religion that Muhammad set forth.

    Islamic scholars decoded many classical Greek texts during the Islamic Golden Age. This was a key historical occasion because if it weren’t for these Islamic scholars we might not know as much as we do about ancient Greek culture. Not only did Muslim scholars decipher the classical texts but they preserved it and passed on their knowledge to medieval Europe by traveling there and teaching them everything they knew from the classical texts.

For this reason, this invention became useful because if multiple copies had to be made, they had to be made by hand which was a tedious and lengthy job.
