    Healthy Eating: Dried seaweed, Greek salad, and water with black bean veggie burgers. 20 push-ups per day and 20 crunches. no preventive except health abstinence or male condom

    Healthy Eating: Salmon and sardines and other sea foods. Work outs consists about 20 push-ups in the morning then the afternoon. Mostly will have abstinence during this time
  • 40 Birthday

    40 Birthday
    Healthy Eating: Turkey breast with salmon for more protein and try to have less protein. Exercise of running in a near by park for 40 minutes. Abstinence as the majority of the time.
  • 50 Birthday

    50 Birthday
    Healthy eating: Avoid salt intake, eat more nuts and legumes. Run in the nearby park for an hour and have abstinence.
  • 60 Birthday

    60 Birthday
    Healthy eating: eat more protein eat nuts meats and protein drink plenty of water. Weight lift to take off fat on my body and run later and of course abstinence.
