As Haiti being a very tropical place, they are bound to have many disasters. One of their worst behind the earthquake was this flood, which took out nearly 3000 people. -

Haiti, seemingly unlucky with natural disasters, had a hurricane back in 2005. It took the life of nearly 45 people that day. -
Haiti Earthquake
Being one of the worst earthquakes known to man-kind, this earthquake wiped out nearly 300,000 people. It had been the worth earthquake in nearly 200 years in Haiti.
