Brendan Santo Found
A body was submerged in the Red Cedar River and was caught at a logjam. It was about a mile and a half from where Brendan Santo was last seen; and turned out to be his body. Police think that "there is no reason to believe that foul play was involved or that Brendan intended to harm himself."

What it Took to Find Brendan Santo
It took the Search and Rescue Team joining with other agencies to find Brendan. The team had 10 Deputies that spent 11 days and more than 800 hours to find him. Some people on the team were working 14 hour days in order to find Brendan, and help the family get closure. How They Found Brendan Santo
The Santo family had hired a private investigator to find their son. The private investigator was reviewing underwater video and saw something under water in a logjam that he strongly believed was the body of Brendan Santo. He then told the Santo family about his findings. After that, he called 911 centers that were involved in the search and shared the information. The information lead to multiple dive resources exploring that spot; they were in the water at first light. -
Confirmed Identity
It was confirmed that the body found in the river was Brendan Santo. The MSUPD Inspector, Chris Rozman,and the medical examiner were the ones that confirms the identity. I think that this case will eventually find out the events that lead to his disappearance. I think that we will find out if he just fell in the river, or if he was drinking and that led to him falling in, or maybe some other event.
