On the 17th of September of 1802 they wrote some basic rights and laws that the people would follow. Some examples were very simple like...
    Do not steal
    Do not murder
Help your friends and neighbors etc...
The result in breaking any of these laws would result in being put on a raft and being pushed out to sea.

  • Being Involved

Bunker realized how important is was for the people to be involved with him personally to help make decisions. He held another meeting with the people to propose the idea of more than two representatives, so the people could be more involved.
  • Next in Line

Bunker is sick and realizes that he is soon to pass away. He holds another meeting. There are now six representatives that represent the people. Bunker informs the six representatives about his illness. They decide that one of the six representatives need to step up and be the leader and someone will take their spot as representative. But how to decide? They hold speeches of why they think they should be leader, then the people would vote.
