many people have brought into question whether global warming was real or if it was just the weather, but scientists are now finding new and improved data. The Economist states, "Because the weather is by its nature variable, it is impossible to know whether climate change caused any particular drought or flood." This is important because it talks about how weather and nature is unpredictable. -

In China the capital city is shrouded in Smog and people cannot go outside without a mask on. NewsWeek (Bill Powell, December 3) interviewed a young chinese man and asked him about climate change he stated, "No one in China gives a damn about ‘climate change.’" This is important because it shows an inside look at what the Chinese people consider a problem in their area. -
World Leaders Just Agreed to a Landmark Deal to Fight Global Warming
World leaders come together to dicuss plans to solve global warming. Mother Jones (Tim McDonnell, December 12) states, "Officials from more than 190 countries swept aside monumental differences and agreed to an unprecedented global deal to tackle climate change." This is important because leaders came to a common solution to the problem of Global Warming.
