  • Technology Center

    Technology Center
    The library on campus will be revamped to be a technology hub. Students will be able to work collaboratively with other students using this space. Flexible seating, technological equipment, e-books, and more will be available and supported by a technology librarian who will guide students in maximizing the resources and facilitate the use of research strategies and social media tools.
  • Canvas LMS

    Canvas LMS
    All teachers on campus will utilize Canvas as the learning management platform for all of their classes. They will communicate with students and parents, collaborate with colleagues on content as well as tracking the progress of individual students, and connect students to other resources that support their learning such as websites, online tools, and other media.
  • Teacher on Special Assignment for Technology

    Teacher on Special Assignment for Technology
    ALL teachers will schedule regular professional development individualized meetings with the Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) for Technology assigned to our school. The TOSA will assist teachers in developing lessons using technology tools, model lessons, and be available for support when teachers use technology in their classroom for particular lessons.
  • Digital Textbooks

    Digital Textbooks
    Interactive digital textbooks will be adopted. As the district looks at new textbook adoptions, digital textbooks will be considered as an option for students. Also, as new courses are created, teachers will research and develop the course using e-content.
  • Student Digital Portfolios

    Student Digital Portfolios
    All students on campus will create a digital portfolio; a collection of work from their high school career. Students will include their best pieces of work and include a reflection about the strengths and weaknesses of the piece of work. Students will include work from different disciplines in order to showcase a range of accomplishments. The portfolios could be used when applying for college, seeking employment and a digital remembrance from their high school experience.
  • Blended Environment

    Blended Environment
    Students will be able to register for courses on campus, as well as online for initial credit. This will allow a more flexible schedule for students so that they can organize their time to include other activities such as community service, real-world projects, and programs that reflect their personal interests.
  • Paperless Enviroment

    Paperless Enviroment
    The school will be 100% paperless. Through the use of the learning management system, the school's student information system and other tools, all stakeholders will be able to communicate online.
