Forming Government

  • Sending Off

    The United States government had found an unoccupied island. They wanted to explore it in hopes of maybe adding another state.
  • Bon Vouage

    The Navy had sent a boat of marines and navy seals in order to confirm the island and make sure it was not already occupied.
  • Landing an Island

    The Navy and Marines did make it to the Island. It was then discovered it was occupied by a small tribe. In which they welcomed with peace and happiness. The navy and marines were order to not harm the people but to learn their ways without disrupting their peace.
  • Welcome

    The United States insisted that the Isalnd Tribe become part of the United States. The tribe disagreed to being part of the States, but agreed to trade and economic support.
  • Semi- Battle

    The United States then order that the military men already there to set up a station and fight the leader to get them as part of the States. The States found the land to be very valuable and could be used as military advantage against other nations.
  • The People Rise

    Unites States men turned against the Unites States government in terms of repeating Hawaii's take over. The people on the Americans land did not have a say because the Government considered it a military decision. In which the people were angered and declared that the Island be left alone.
  • United Vs United

    The government was then angered that the United States men denyed them. They had then sent over more men in order to replace the other group. In the process the other group denied them access to any of the tribes towns. This called for a battle between the old group and the new group.
  • 28 Days

    after 28 days of battle, the tribe and the old group had won the battle, losing more then 2000 men. But, the people in the United States took a stand to request and demand that the people be left alone or a rebellion would rise. The government back down, and gave the men on the Island 10 months to establish law and order, in order to be recognized as its own.
  • Revise the Old

    In the process of creating a government, the tribe used a method of one women representing the women and a male representing the men. But the tribe liked the idea of all people having a vote and liked the Republic side of the Unites States, but wanted the people to vote on all decisions made within the government.
  • Start of the New Past

    After everyone having negotiation, they decided on a new Government, using what they knew from the United States, but adding more of the civilians involvement.
