Monarchy ruling
King Aidren Max the 3rd has full power, he kept upsetting the citizens because of constant rule change. There was no consistency and many of the citizens began leaving the nation to flee to one with more stability. -
Change in role
With so many of the citizens not agreeing with the rules of King Aidren, they developed a petition to get monarchy out of United Angels. With everyone agree that a new form of government needing to be made, King Aidren agreed to develop a plan that will attempt to meet everyone's needs. -
Developing change
King Aidren along with a few other men who were well known around United Angels, sat down to develop a plan that would create more equality and stability for everyone. -
Order of Angels
The creation of the order of Angels was a document that led more towards developing a communism type government. This was were everything was shared to ensure that all citizens had the right amount of resources. Once this was effective it seem to meet everyone's need. -
Trouble in Orders
At first the Order of the angels seem to be a good idea, however once the more wealthy citizens realize that they would be giving away there class and money they were not a fan and demanded that this be changed. The idea of sharing resources sounded like a good idea but when it can to economics the more wealthy felt like they were doing work to support the entire lower class. -
Back to the boards
With all the disagreement reguarding the Orders of Angels, it was very clear that there would need to be more then one order. There needed to be a economic order, law order and rights order. This was a time that the King started to loose control when it was clear that the rulers need to be to educated in that specific area and not just inherited powers. -

New form
The new form was developed by Henry Greg who had studied the governments of places around the world. He is who developed the three branch government, this would allow more organization to be held. There was three parts to this that were the legislative, executive and judicial. Each part played a key role. -
Effective three branch
For each branch there was a order that was created to make sure that everything stood very organization. This also helped because each branch had a specific job. -

Legislative: Makes laws
Executive: Carries out laws
Judaical: Reviews laws This are the platform of the government, with these in place they were able to come up with a few federal documents that developed the actual laws and regulations. -

The Angel's Living was a federal document that ALL citziens living in the Nation of angel's had to obey by. This consist of
-Paying taxes
-obeying laws
-preforming monthly volunteer work etc -
State rules
The state rules gave each state the right to come up with there own laws a regulations, However they must have a representative that will bring these to the three branch government then they will decide rather of not this can be effective. After this it goes to voting, all the citizens in that state will vote as to rather they agree. If the majority agrees then that will go into effective immediately.
