    Nixon used this to monitor and manage the construction industry. He felt as if he needed to have more control and that was one of the many things that the common man despised about him.

    Made to put a cap on each sides of the war and their strategic weapons. Limits their weapon production. It was a greatly beneficial policy at the time and decreased worry throughout the population but The people wanted out of war completely.

    Masde to be an advancement of the Anti Ballistic Missile crisis but was never ratified. People were protesting at the tme over the invasion of Afghanistan and didn't want any more violence.

    It was decided in this court case, that abortion would be made legal. It was an eye-opener to the public and it made people think more about life at home than life as a country. There were major parties that disagreed with the method of abortion as well.

    To protect species and ecosystems on which they depend. Up until now, the animals were on the hurtful end of the technological boost. People lost trust in the government because they felt that this should have been put into play a long time ago.

    Thousands of vietnam draft evaders and deserters who agree to work for up to 2 years in public service jobs. (re-entry program) It was a sort of punishment for running but a chance at redemption as well. People lost trust in president ford because they felt as if he was hiding something from them that linked to his recent pardon of Nixons offenses.

    Egypt makes Peace with Israel. This peace treaty made Americas people feel safe knowing that one of Americas enemies made amends. Although, in the middle east, they looked at us as cowards because our president couldn't stand up to the palestinians.
