Reacher stayed in Africa for three months trading goods and buying slaves and was struggling with his crew to stop protesting his nessasary decisions like how much food one can eat, how much to drink, how much sleep, how long one works, how many breaks one can take, how to treat eachother. If anyone disrespected Reacher, you were shot on the spot and thrown overboard. -

Jack Reacher had finally reached the Americas in time for the Califonia Gold Rush. He was amazed at what he saw, gold, silver, people wore silk, diomonds, rubies, emeralds, etc. He was astonished. After exploring for some time, Reacher decided to stay in the Americas and live there. He sure was pleased with himself.
